Conditions under which dogs are accepted for grooming
1) The dog must be fit and healthy. Grooming of a sick or elderly dog is entirely at the owners risk.
Grooming may expose underlying skin or health problems, that I can not be held liable for.
2) The dogs vaccination certificate must be up to date. An unvaccinated dog puts itself and other dogs at risk.
3) It must be clearly understood and agreed that whilst every care and attention is given to your dog/dogs they are accepted at the owners risk. My first concern is for the welfare of your dogs, so in the event of injury or illness, a vet will be called in unless it can clearly be shown that I am liable, all costs in connection with the vets call out and any procedures necessary, shall be at the owners expense.
4) Payment must be made on collection or delivery of the dog if utilising the collection/delivery service. Estimates are based on an average dog of the breed or type but owners must remember that some dogs will require extensive extra work and that this will be charged for on an hourly basis. Owners must collect dogs at the time stated. Uncollected dogs will be charged a sitting fee.
5) The shaving of dogs will dramatically change their appreance. Hair will be very short and close to the skin. This may expose pre-existing skin complaints. Your permission will be required to shave off a matted coat. I reserve the right to refuse any dog that presents a risk of injury to itself or to myself.

Cancellation Policy
I require 24hrs notice of cancellation of appointments. TIME IS RESERVED TO GROOM YOUR DOG.
Missed appointments will incur a cancellation fee payable before any further appointments can be booked. Dogs arriving late may have to be re-booked and the cancellation fee will apply.
